Warkton Roofing Beechdale Estate Walsall
Warkton Roofing landed a major project: replacing roofs on 260 Walsall homes for Longhurst Group. Collaborating and Working hand-in-hand to deliver the project with seamless execution with HEI Scaffolding Division as their reliable scaffolding partner.

CAFOS Limited NEVILLE HOUSE CORBY
We handled a project with Neville House in Corby; a 5-storey building with both commercial and residential usage. All flats underwent a full electrical installation, plus a new 3 phase landlords distribution system.
To ensure tenants safety, we also designed and installed a fire alarm system to run through the entire building.
for improved safety , we fitted a sophisticated access control system with different restrictions throughout the building
We also found that the building had old satellite systems, which didn’t comply with regulations, so updated the TV satellites to allow data, fibre optics and WiFi for all tenants.
BIP Limited Oldbury
BIP Limited, a forward-thinking employer, wanted to offer on-site EV charging for their employees and visitors. We were pleased to advise them on options and help them choose the best solution. After a site survey, we identified the ideal location, determined the scope of work, and selected the optimal charger type. Fast charging, multiple car support, and system controls were key priorities.
BIP is thrilled with their new charging stations, reporting daily usage by both employees and clients.
We installed two powerful three-phase (22 kW) Project EV chargers (EVA-22D-SE-RFID). The project involved laying over 60 meters of cable, installing concrete base pads and a new distribution panel, and conducting electrical testing and commissioning. Safety barriers were also added to protect the chargers.

Our ongoing customer care and maintenance support with Countryside Partnerships is built on a trusting relationship. As their go-to contractors, we work on a reactive basis, fulfilling any repair service they need at that time.
